Parrot Head Run

Grab your favorite Hawaiian shirt, dust off those flip-flops (okay, maybe not for the run!), and join us for the annual Parrot Head Run at a new location for 2026!

This annual event is a festive chip-timed 5K run / 1-mile walk along the Flats East Bank - the scenic entertainment district on Cleveland's most vibrant waterfront along the Cuyahoga River.

Every participant receives a race shirt, commemorative finisher medal, an ice cold beer, a custom race bib with 5K awards and live results.
