We happily accept applications from prospective tenants who are 18 years of age or older.
We review income, rental history, criminal background and credit. Each adult applicant (18+) pays a $50 application fee, and there is a $150 non-refundable lease origination fee at signing. Contact us or call (216) 480-4265 for income requirements.
Heat is included in the rent. Tenants pay for electricity and a monthly water fee: $35 for 1-bedroom units and $45 for 2-bedroom units.
12-month leases are standard. Longer terms (up to 36 months) may be available; ask leasing at (216) 480-4265.
