"Since moving in in July of 2019 I have had a very pleasant experience at Smartland. Management has been responsive to maintenance requests and available to answer questions. The apartments are newly renovated and have a modern look. The building itself is conveniently located and is within close proximity to downtown as well as the University Circle/Uptown area. Overall a very pleasant experience!"

"Cheryl is amazing!! My refridgerator went out and I had to throw away a lot of food. Cheryl stayed in communication with me to get me a new one as soon as possible and she will be providing me with a gift card so that I can replace some of my items lost."
