Chase the Flavor is teaming up with Chef Eric Wells for another cooking class - this time it will be IN PERSON. Well be cooking a menu from the Far East and after we are done cooking, well sit and enjoy the fruits of our labor together! Sharpen your kitchen skills while learning new recipes and techniques with Chef Eric Wells!

-Soba Noodle Salad
-Pork Pot Stickers with a Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce
-Shrimp Spring Rolls
-Chicken Stir Fry with Vegetable Fried Rice
-Lemon Crème Brûlée

This class will be held at the Tri-C Hospitality Management Center, a partner of Chase the Flavor. The Tri-C Hospitality Management program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Educational Foundation (ACFEF) and the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA). Programs include: Culinary Arts, Lodging & Tourism Management and Restaurant/Food Service Management. It is truly a gem in our community!

Each registration includes the following:
-In person cooking class at Tri-C Hospitality Management Center

-Community of people while learning new kitchen skills
