Well be meeting at Black Sun for coffee and a quick rundown of procedures before heading down to the W. 117th exit on I-90 to clean up our adopted highway!

We need at least 5 volunteers to make this short and safe for all.

It is recommended that you wear light-colored clothing appropriate for the weather, full-length pants and sturdy shoes or boots. Durable work gloves are also a good idea. Safety vests, bags, and cleanup tools are provided.

In case of any short notice changes, RSVP through this form is required by 12:00pm on 09 September 2022.

1. Submitting the registration form before the event is mandatory. Each attendee must register separately.

2. You must be Fully Vaccinated - A Lodge Officer will ask to see your vaccination card in order to verify your Fully Vaccinated status before permitting entry into the Lodge space. Booster is recommended, but not required. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), a person is Fully Vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

• Masks are not required, unless state/local restrictions say otherwise, but are encouraged as desired.
